COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE
Our excellence in compliance, which respects both internal and external standards, has been certified several times.
The Compliance Management System (CMS) of Kelag and its subsidiaries has been certified in accordance with the ONR 192050 standard since 2014 and with the ISO 19600 (Fair Business Compliance Certificate, Austrian Standards) since 2016.
The certified CMS comprises the following compliance-related risk areas: anti-bribery law, data protection law, antitrust law, law on unfair competition, and public procurement law. The certificate confirms that the certified party implements an effective compliance management system, covering the specified risk areas, and meets the requirements of the relevant document.. Annual audits are performed by Austrian Standards plus GmbH.
